When will my order ship?
Please allow 5-10 business days for order processing. During high-volume drops, shipping may take up to 15 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package has departed our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Due to the limited nature of our releases, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please verify your sizing and shipping address before completing checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their respective countries upon delivery.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Address changes cannot be guaranteed. If you notice an error, contact support immediately. Once an order has been processed by our logistics team, we are unable to redirect the package.
What should I do if my item is damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the claim and provide a resolution.
An item I want is sold out. Will it be restocked?
Most of our items are released in limited quantities and do not restock. We recommend following our official social media channels for announcements regarding new collections and potential future drops.
