Verification Process

Our team will review your claim to verify the defect; items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact to be eligible for a resolution.

Return Authorization

Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions on where to ship the product back to our warehouse.
